How to use:
- Close your eye and pull your eyelid so it's taught
- Apply the pencil to the lash line starting from your inner eye and draw along your lash line to the outer corner of your eye
- For a high drama look, go over the line again increasing its thickness
Top tip: to soften the liner effect use a smudging brush or angled eyeliner brush to smudge the liner
