To cancel an order – you'll need to contact the seller and ask them to cancel it for you. If you want to cancel your order, let the seller know as quickly as possible. If the seller has already posted your order they won't be able to cancel it for you.
HOW TO CANCEL ORDER: Go to My Accounts > Order History > Select the correct order > Click on the products to go the products details page > Click on Seller name > Contact Seller
If the seller agrees to cancel the order, they have 7 business days to refund you through the same method you used to pay. It usually takes 3-7 business days for a bkash / Nogod / rocket / others mobile payment refund to go through. If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider.
If the seller declines your cancellation request, or if they've already posted your order, you'll need to wait until you receive the item and then decide if you want to start a return proccess.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS: If you change your mind or use the wrong delivery address, contact the seller within an hour of your purchase. If the item hasn't been posted yet, you can request that the seller cancels your order or request to amend the delivery address. If it's been longer than that, or the seller has already posted the item, you'll need to contact the seller to amend the delivery address if possible. Most of time seller will be able to amend the delivery address with courier companies but not guaranteed. If seller able to amend the delivery address then delivery time could be longer then estimated and delivery charge amount might be changed according to new delivery location. .
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a security packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
Before return items must contact with Seller for the return process. If seller not helpful then please contact with Ecomoj Customer service for further help.
THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED BECAUSE OF HYGIENIC, HEALTH & SAFETY ISSUE:
Damaged items return policy: You must checked all products during delivery front of the delivery man. If any products missing or damaged then please request the delivery man to contact the Merchant for further instruction. Please take images of damaged products and send images to the seller. Please re-packaging the same delivered box and return to the delivery man. According to courier companies policy once the delivery man left the place then no claim will be acceptable.
Once seller received damaged or wrong items from courier company then seller will issue refund or send the replacement.
RETRUN SHIPPING COSTS : You will be responsible for paying for the returned shipment for changed of mind items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For wrong or damaged products seller will bear the sending & return shipping cost.
If your product is eligible for a refund, then refund will be issued on the original payment method expect Mobile payment & Cash on delivery.
The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once seller have received your product (4-5 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (2-3 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:
